Srishti Kaur who hails from Noida, UP made India proud by winning the crown of Miss Teen Universe 2017. Srishti Kaur competed with 25 contestants from across the world to come up as a winner of prestigious beauty pageant for girls aged between 15 to 19. This year annual event of Miss Teen Universe was held at Ruben Dario National Theater in Nicaragua’s capital Managua.
Srishti Kaur succeeded Nieveles Gonzalez from Puerto Rico as the Miss Teen Universe. The other finalists were Ary Trava from Mexico and Samantha Pierre from Canada. Xirelle Agustin from the Philippines won in the Teen Popularity category, while Nicole Obando from Costa Rica won the award for Teen Charm.
Srishti also won the award for best national costume featuring beautiful ensemble of India’s national bird, the peacock.
